PBEES provides engineering, automation, security, networking, and related technology integration services. Website content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quotation or contract.

Portal users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account. Notify PBEES immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in signed quotations or contracts. Changes to scope may require revised pricing and schedules.

All website content, logos, documentation, and materials are owned by PBEES or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission. Project documentation provided to clients is licensed for internal use related to the installed system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBEES is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Metro Manila, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
