TphasCore Marketplace Terms and Conditions
Review the current marketplace policies for digital products, licensing, payments, downloads, support, and account use.
Welcome to TphasCore Marketplace. These Terms and Conditions explain how buyers, authors, vendors, and visitors may use the marketplace, purchase digital products, activate licenses, download files, receive updates, and request support.
1. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details, password, email address, purchase codes, and license information secure. You must not share your account, misuse another account, impersonate another person, or use the marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
2. Digital Products
The marketplace may list software, modules, scripts, SaaS tools, add-ons, documentation, media, templates, and related digital files. Product pages may include screenshots, demos, technical details, version history, requirements, ratings, comments, support details, and author information to help buyers evaluate a product before purchase.
3. Purchases And Delivery
After a successful purchase, the buyer may receive access to protected downloads, documentation, package files, and license information through the account dashboard. Delivery may depend on payment status, account verification, fraud review, license status, and product availability.
4. Purchase Codes And Licenses
Eligible products may require a purchase code. A purchase code is private and may be checked during installation, activation, support requests, protected downloads, and update checks. A purchase code may be limited by account, product, domain, activation count, license status, expiry, and support period.
5. Domain Activation
Some products may bind a license to one or more approved domains. If a product uses domain activation, the purchase code must match the purchased product and the activation domain. Reset requests may be reviewed by the marketplace or product author to prevent unauthorized reuse.
6. Downloads And Updates
Downloads and updates may be available only to verified buyers with active licenses. Access may be blocked if a license is revoked, expired, inactive, mismatched, over the activation limit, associated with suspicious use, or used outside the allowed product terms.
7. Payments, Credits, And Order Status
Orders may be paid through supported payment gateways, manual payment methods, or marketplace credit points when available. An order is considered complete only after payment is verified by the system or approved by an authorized administrator. Failed, pending, cancelled, disputed, or refunded payments may limit downloads, licenses, and support access.
8. Refunds And Disputes
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited. Refund decisions may consider product defects, duplicate purchases, misleading product information, failed delivery, support evidence, license activity, download history, and payment status.
9. Authors And Vendors
Authors and vendors must submit original, safe, functional, and accurately described products. They are responsible for product quality, documentation, demos, support commitments, update files, security standards, and compliance with marketplace review rules. The marketplace may approve, reject, disable, or remove submissions that fail quality, originality, security, or policy checks.
10. Prohibited Activity
You must not upload or distribute stolen, nulled, cracked, infected, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized files. You must not bypass licensing, share private purchase codes, resell products outside permitted terms, scrape protected data, attack the system, abuse downloads, or interfere with marketplace security.
11. Support
Support availability may depend on product terms, license status, support period, and author/vendor participation. Support does not automatically include custom development, installation on unsupported servers, third-party service setup, or modifications beyond the product's stated scope.
12. Account Restrictions
TphasCore Marketplace may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, repeated policy violations, unauthorized redistribution, license misuse, suspicious automation, or security threats.
13. Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated as marketplace features, payment methods, licensing rules, author programs, or security requirements change. Continued use of the marketplace after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
